FLORAL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Subscription Service: Your floral subscription includes recurring Designer's Choice flower deliveries based on the frequency and size you selected. 2. Billing & Payments: Subscription payments are processed automatically according to your selected delivery schedule. All payments are collected in advance of each scheduled delivery. 3. Designer's Choice: Each bouquet or arrangement is uniquely designed using the freshest seasonal flowers available. Flower varieties, colors, and containers may vary based on seasonal availability. 4. Changes to Your Subscription: Need to update your delivery address, payment method, frequency, or subscription details? Please contact our shop directly. We kindly ask that any changes be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. 5. Pausing or Canceling: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our shop. Requests must be received at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for and receiving your next delivery. 6. Delivery: Deliveries will be made according to your selected subscription schedule. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left. Once the recipient contacts our shop to confirm they are available, we will gladly arrange a redelivery at the earliest available opportunity. While we make every effort to deliver as scheduled, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. 7. Refunds & Satisfaction: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, refunds cannot be issued for completed deliveries. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
