Im so sad the flowers were not what I bought. Im coming in the store today to return them. I ordered pink carnation long stem roses and received dark fuchsia roses not even the same length Im returning them today. Dissatisfied customer Lisa Spoke to the owner and he made it right! Greatly appreciated!! They are beautiful!! Very professional. I'll shop at Fords again!? ---- Florist's Response: Hi Lisa, I'm very sorry we missed your order details and that the roses weren't what you expected.
